American Reporting Company (ARC) has been recognized as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing entrepreneurial companies that are changing the business landscape in America.

The Inc. 5,000, an extension of Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 500 list, catches many businesses that are either too big to grow at the pace required to make the Inc.500 list, as well as a host of smaller companies. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S. Economy.

“The Inc. 5,000 provides the most comprehensive look ever at the most important part of the economy – the entrepreneurial part,” said Inc. 5,000 Project Manager Jim Melloan.  “The expansion of the list has allowed us to tell the stories of larger companies, older companies, and a wealth of companies in industries like Manufacturing and Construction that are underreported in the business media.”

The Inc. 5,000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2003 through 2006. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2003, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they had to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent.

“We are proud to be selected amongst the fastest growing companies in the country, in this inaugural year,” said ARC President, Francois Madath. “We have to thank our dedicated staff and our loyal clients for getting us here and look forward to many more appearances on this distinguished list of companies.”

Nate Porter, the VP of Systems and Finance went on to say: “Making the INC 5000 confirms that ARC is heading in the right direction, and with some new products we are confident about our future. Making this list is a testament to the great customers we have that continue to excel even in a new era of mortgage lending.”
