American Reporting Company (ARC) has dropped it’s escrow pricing on all purchase and sales that are ordered until December 31^st, 2008.

In order to stimulate new business ARC Escrow has modified its fee schedule on all purchase and sales up to $600,000. ARC Escrow just moved into their brand new office location in the Canyon Park area. Previously ARC Escrow was located in Kirkland.

“We want to attract the attention of our new Real Estate neighbors”, explains Dawn Wright, ARC Escrow Operations Manager. “We already have a great reputation for superior customer service and our all inclusive fees, by clients who have relied on us in the past – but now is the time for us to really get the word out to our new neighbors.”

The new fee is $549 per each side of the purchase and sale on transactions under $600,000. This is a great price – but even better when it includes all additional fees, including mobile signing. ARC Escrow is known for having all-inclusive fees. This includes: the Escrow fee, courier, facsimile, wire fees, overnight mail, download/printing of docs, and lender required pay-offs. ARC Escrow also has a standard follow-up marketing program which includes a customized Thank You note, and Customer Satisfaction Survey.
