ARC is now offering USPAP classes for Appraiser Trainees, Clients, and Licensed Appraisers who work with ARC

ARC has developed two different classes to offer its clients and fee appraisers. These classes are being taught by Bill King who is an AQB instructor. Initially ARC wanted to offer these classes to our staff and clients in order to have a greater understanding of the USPAP guidelines.

The First Class is a 15 hour USPAP class for appraisal trainees working to acquire their appraisal license or persons who work with ordering appraisals on a day to day basis.

The Second Class is a 7 hours USPAP class that does satisfy continuing education requirements for certified and licensed appraisers. We are offering this class to our fee appraisers.
