The ARC Customer Center

A new tool is available for all ARC customers that will our customers to print, view, and pay invoices on line as well as submit customer service tickets, and make general updates to your account.

Benefits of our Customer Center Include:

•  You can log in to see any new activity from the previous day and before.
•  You can run a statement any day of the month and pay when your cash flow is available.
•  You can make address changes online that will be automatically updated in our accounting system.
•  You can enter online information support requests to customer support, technical support or billing.

Of course you can still just print one statement at the end of each month and pay as you have in the past. The great thing about our Customer Center , is the choice is up to you! Along with the self service features offered, ARC will still provide our customers with a paper copy of their monthly statement.
