Escrow Fees
At ARC Escrow our fees are always all-inclusive. The fee on our printed schedule is exactly what will appear on the HUD statement. The only additional fees are Washington State taxes, and a reconveyance fee if necessary.

Mobile Closings
We include a credit for mobile closings in all of our fees.  For details please refer to our standard pricing schedule.

Builder Rates
Builder rate is $150.00 for customers who have multiple sales/leases of lots or residential units in a single plat or condominium.

ARC Rewards Program
This program gives you everything included with our standard escrow fee and a gift card for your client. There is an additional fee for this service.
