FANNIE MAE UPLOAD FOR APPRAISALS

American Reporting Company, LLC, (ARC) has recently developed a new interface that enables loan processors to Upload Fannie Mae data files directly into an online appraisal request. This new feature of ARC’s appraisal ordering process via the web is designed to save endless hours of re-entering data. Loan processors can click on a tab that automatically populates the data from the Fannie Mae 3.2 file format to the appraisal order. There are two easy ways to take advantage of this new interface: 1) As a dropdown within Calyx Point 2) Directly at www.arcreports.com

AVAILABLE NOV. 1 ON POINT®, PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF 5.2 As a Certified Calyx® Point Partner, ARC has successfully developed the interface for uploading FNMA files for Point. This gives any mortgage professional who uses Point as their LOS the advantage to automatically upload data when ordering an appraisal from ARC, eliminating the need to fax a request or re-key the property data in to a web order page.

HOW IT WORKS (uploading an exported FannieMae file) First step is to access the ARC web site at www.arcreports.com. From here navigate to the appraisal section. Then click on Order an Appraisal. The appraisal order form will pop-up with the option in the upper left corner to Import FNMA File. Click on this tab and the fields should be complete. After you upload the file, there may be a few more fields you may need to enter. Please look for these fields that are marked with an asterix and highlighted RED.
